Your Role

As the US Brand Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of eToro USA’s marketing team. You will be responsible for planning and managing the day to day operations of our brand marketing campaigns. Working in parallel to our paid media and performance team, this role will own the conception, planning, and execution of brand marketing campaigns through social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, and more. 

The ideal candidate will be a marketer with 5-7 years experience with the ability to create actionable strategies and optimize based on data analysis. Experience as a manager is also preferred. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the day-to-day ideating, planning, and execution of the eToro US brand marketing team, managing a team of two
  • Build strategies to acquire new funded customers by leveraging reporting-based insights and industry best practices
  • Create campaign calendars with detailed strategy plans for content and execution
  • Own content pipelines, calendar, and A/B testing for paid media campaigns
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for all things brand marketing
  • Experience owning strategy and growth for social media across multiple platforms
  • Conduct research on the market, the competition and customers to identify trends and opportunities for future growth
  • Work closely with our creative brand team to ideate, test, and develop new marketing messaging
  • Work closely with our retention and performance marketing teams to execute on campaigns with the full marketing funnel in mind
  • Connect with Business Intelligence team to obtain insights and report on performance weekly
  • Collaborate with wider eToro US team to support customer communication requirements


Want to join? You’ll need:

  • 5-7 years experience with brand acquisition marketing for D2C brands
  • Advanced understanding of brand acquisition marketing and relevant strategies (social media, influencer marketing, events, and more)
  • Ability to write and edit marketing copy
  • Interest in stock and cryptocurrency trading a plus
  • Experienced with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Tableau a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth team, with the ability to project manage multiple cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication skills - Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to commute to Hoboken, NJ for work (post-COVID)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
