How can I change my account details?
In order to make changes to your account details, please contact us by opening a case in our Customer Service Center and providing the following details:
- If you wish to change your registered phone number, we will need to call you and ask some security questions. Please confirm your phone number and specify a convenient time frame in which to receive a call.
- If you wish to change your postal address, please attach an up-to-date proof of address.
- If you wish to change the name or date of birth on your account, please attach a valid proof of identity.
